Share
If you’ve ever struggled to fasten a bracelet by yourself, you’re not alone. Many of our customers have faced challenges when trying to wear lightweight bracelets with delicate hooks. Luckily, there are a few easy tricks that can make putting on your favorite bracelets a breeze. We’ve even found a helpful video that shows you how to use a simple hairclip to fasten your bracelet effortlessly.
Here are some practical tips to help you easily wear bracelets, especially those with tricky clasps and hooks.
1. Use a Bobby Pin to Hold the Hook
One of the most frustrating things about wearing bracelets with hooks is keeping the bracelet in place while trying to fasten it. A bobby pin can be your best friend in this situation! Simply slide the bobby pin through one side of the bracelet to hold it in place, freeing up your other hand to fasten the hook easily.

2. The Tape Method
If you don’t have a hairclip handy, you can also use a small piece of tape to hold the bracelet in place while you fasten it. Gently tape one end of the bracelet to your wrist, leaving your other hand free to close the clasp. Once the bracelet is securely fastened, remove the tape, and you're good to go!
Pro Tip: Use a low-adhesive tape like masking tape to avoid leaving residue on your bracelet or skin.
