Shipping policy

Local Orders:

Standard Delivery: 
Local orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Express Next Day Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 3 PM will be delivered the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day and delivered the day after.

Example:
An order placed on Monday at 5 PM will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday under express delivery.

International Orders:

International orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

Please note: International delivery charges do not include government fees such as customs taxes, tariffs, or import duties.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify and settle these charges according to the destination country’s regulations.

High Order Volume Notice:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your order might be delayed a few days. In any case of delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Policy During Promotions & Discount Periods:

  • Standard delivery fees apply during promotional or discounted periods, regardless of order value.

  • Any ongoing free delivery offer may be suspended during promotions.
