Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt of your package to request a return. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact us before returning any items, as refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
Jewelry sets are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Note: Customized jewelry (e.g., size adjustments or engraved pieces) and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@silvercityjewellery.com.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanges processed through our delivery services
Jewelry sets are excluded from this policy and cannot be exchanged unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, you can return it with the original receipt and follow the regular return policy. Once received, a gift card will be issued.
Promotions & Discount Periods
Exchanges for the same item (different size or color) will honor the discounted promotional price.
Exchanges for different items will be evaluated based on the full original price of the new item.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
